'Cane Records is the student-run record label at the University of Miami.  Established in 1993, it was one of the first record labels of it's kind. It's goals are to provide Music Business and Entertainment Industry students at the University of Miami with real world experience operating an independent record company; to provide developing recording artists with the opportunity to launch their recording career by exposing their name and recordings to the broadest possible audience; and to provide music fans with high-quality recorded music for their listening pleasure.
